Order policy

Please send your written orders by sending them to our fax (Toll free 855-627-7928) or by mail (sales@easydrainusa.com). With every Easy Drain USA shipments the Gerneral Terms and Conditions from Easy Sanitary Solutions BV apply. There are no cancellations on special order items. All order confirmations will be sent via email. Any back ordered item(s) will remain on back order until they become available. Prices and available stock are subject to change. Easy Drain USA makes every attempt to ensure that the information provided is accurate and correct. Easy Drain USA is not liable for any product informational typographical errors in the catalogue and price list.

All our products are UPC/ IATMO approved.

Return policy

Easy Drain USA products can be returned by sending them free of charge to our warehouse (50 Emjay Blvd, Brentwood, NY 11717). Please notice that the product and the packing must be returned completely,  not used and undamaged. A 25% handling fee will be calculated. Please contact our service center first before returning the goods. There are no returns or exchanges on special order items.
