Which rough do I need?
1. Horizontal or vertical connection
When connecting the rough to the drainage pipe, you want as few bends in the pipe as possible. Normally this is perfectly possible using a shower drain with a vertical 2 inch outlet (M4). If there are obstacles in the way, e.g. wooden flooring, or an installation situation that requires a horizontal connection then it is possible to order a shower drain with vertical outlet (M1).
